Ready to eat Sun Dried tomatoes are produced from sound, whole, ripe, red fresh tomatoes which are selected, washed with water, halved, then sun dried under controlled conditions.
Sun dried tomatoes offer end-users a year-round, reliable source for pleasing tomato identity and taste.

Let them soak in warm water for thirty minutes until soft and pliable, drain (reserve the liquid to add flavor to stocks and sauces), pat dry and use as directed in your recipe. You can also use wine, broth, or other cooking liquid to reconstitute.
